Kwesi Ernest, Managing Director of Media Excel, has stressed the need of Ghanaian musicians being intellectually oriented.
The Ghanaian music consultant told Nana Ama McBrown on Onua ShowTime that Ghanaian singers need to be psychologically oriented in order to handle their stardom appropriately.
The Managing Director of Media Excel stated, “Before any musician records a song, mental orientation is needed. This will help the musician handle the exposure and fame”.
Kwesi Ernest suggested that when celebrity strikes, most musicians get taken away and lead wrong.
Some musicians who lack mental orientation resort to methods that imperil their bright futures and careers.
The Ghanaian producer made this point as he discussed a few important characteristics he considers essential for all musicians, particularly Ghanaians.
The crucial components he stated were having a wonderful voice, being creative, and finally being intellectually oriented.
