”Ghanaians Waste Too Much Time Talking, Nigerians Execute With Less Talks” – Mawuli Gavor
Mawuli Gavor, has urged Ghanaians to develop a more proactive and ambitious mentality.
He thinks Ghana possesses all the attributes needed for success but frequently fails to use its resources for growth.
Gavor claims that a lot of Ghanaians waste too much time making plans and organizing committees without actually doing anything, which prevents the nation from taking advantage of chances.
The difference between Ghana and Nigeria in terms of acting quickly on ideas was noted by Gavor, who has also worked in Nollywood, the Nigerian film business.
He complimented Nigerians for their willingness to carry out plans even when they encounter obstacles along the way and emphasized that they actively bring about change rather than passively waiting for it to happen.
In his company endeavor, Play Club Ghana, which was developed successfully in around seven months thanks to the Nigerian partner’s proactive approach, he described his experience of collaborating with a Nigerian.
Gavor firmly believes that every Ghanaian has the ability to take advantage of an opportunity, and he exhorts young people to get involved in their community and explore their options for improving their nation.
By educating and motivating young people to follow their dreams with tenacity, he hopes to promote the Ghanaian film industry as an entrepreneur.
