‘Chef Faila’s cook-a-thon attempt is a ‘suicide mission’ – Blakk Rasta claims
Blakk Rasta, a well-known figure in Ghanaian media, has voiced legitimate concerns about Chef Faila’s attempt to shatter the record for the longest cooking marathon by a single person.
Blakk Rasta voiced concerns about the possible health hazards linked to her cook-a-thon endeavor and vehemently disagreed with the notion of people starving themselves of enough sleep for an extended duration, characterizing it as a “suicide mission.”
He also used the occasion to issue a warning regarding the growing nationwide trend of different marathons.
Blakk Rasta stressed how important it is for people taking part in these challenges to put their health first. He emphasized the risk involved in going longer than three days without sleep and made it clear that he was unable to support such initiatives.
While acknowledging the efforts of those involved, he hoped they would reconsider the potential long-term impact on their health.
Chef Faila’s cook-a-thon, hosted at the Modern City Hotel in Tamale, aims to achieve a total duration of 240 hours and has already surpassed the 200-hour milestone.
