Ghanaian rapper , also known as Paedae, of the award-winning group R2Bees, has intensified his distaste for the adoration of celebrities in the Stay by Plan podcast on YouTube.

Sterling was asked what she detests yet thinks other people find appealing. The well-known rapper said, “I think mine would be celebrity worship.”

He emphasized that he “is not a fan of celebrity worship” since fame does not necessarily equate to the kind of intelligence required to steer a generation or a country.

According to him, being famous does not imply that a person is sufficiently informed about current events to be able to provide pertinent solutions when called for.

“..to become well-known. If you're gifted and can capitalize on it, you gain recognition. It doesn't imply that you're a smart man. You know, instead of superstars, we need intelligent guys to develop generations.

He remarked, “You can be a celebrity and not have anything [constructive] to say regarding [politics and governance] and issues.”

He clarified that although he “admired a lot of people,” he “never looked up to anybody as my hero” since they “had a very strong spirit.”
