There have been a whole lot of instances where most musicians have been asked how hit songs are made; some say writing good songs, others say promotion, while Ghanaian afrobeat musician Kelvin Brown, better known as Kelvynboy, is saying otherwise.
In a Twiiter post, Kelvynoy told his followers that God is the one who gives hit songs and that they shouldn’t make anybody lie to them.
Curious enough, a fan asked if God was the one who made his biggest song, ‘Down Flat’, a hit, and Kelvynboy said:
“
One billion percent, you think, If I know, say “MY HEAD,” be what go make I go viral like I no longer sing 6 years ago?”
Moving on, a fan says he thinks, in his opinion, money does everything, and Kelvynboy said:
Money increases your chances, but it’s not always guaranteed.
