“Blacko Should Be Happy Shatta Wale And Stonebwoy Are Not Friends” – Ajagurajah

Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, popularly known as Ajagurajah, the leader and originator of the Ajagurajah Movement, has stated that the ongoing feud between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale is the reason for Black Sherif’s success and that of other singers in the nation.

Ajagurajah asserted in a live interview with Hitz FM on May 2, 2024, that prominent Ghanaian singer Black Sherif, also known as Blacko, ought to be appreciative of the discord between him and fellow musician Shatta Wale.

He said that because Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are now in strife, people are paying more attention to Black Sherif and other up-and-coming artists.

Ajagurajah went on to say that Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are the real supporters of Black Sherif.

“Blacko ought to be relieved and give thanks to God that Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are not pals.

“Black Sherif has no listeners of his own. Fans of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy make up his listeners.”

“Only because those two are fighting are the other artists rising.” He asserted that no other musician would receive attention if Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy reconciled.

When questioned about the continuous conflict between the two leading artists, Ajagurajah asserted that the spirits of their respective communities were to blame.

“Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are the faces of Ghanaian music, whether they like it or not.”
