Land Document and Indenture confirm that Fella Makafui owns Medikal’s $200,000 mansion in East Legon (PHOTOS)

After a contentious moment between Medikal and Fella Makafui regarding their divorce, the musician disclosed one of the biggest mistakes he made in his marriage to his ex-wife.

An indenture and land purchase documents that have surfaced online reveal the details of their property. Medikal had claimed the mansion as his own.

However, the land documents, signed by the Supreme Court’s Solicitor, indicate that Samuel Adu Frimpong (Medikal) and Precious Fella Makafui jointly purchased the property in 2013 from the Nungua chiefs in Central Accra.

Another indenture, dated August 21, 2015, verifies the ownership of the land between one “Issac Ofori” and “Fella Precious Makafui.”

Medikal claims in a video that Fella Makafui tossed her wedding ring into the Dubai Sea while she was visiting the nation, which is the basis for the surface of the land document.

He further mentioned that Precious removed her ring, alleging that the mother of one of their children was eyeing his property amid their divorce dispute.
