Bullet, the artist manager, has opened  about his relationship with Wendy Shay.

The singer’s new song, “Who Cares,” is allegedly aimed at him, according to the bankroller of Ruff Town Records.

According to Bullet’s most recent social media post, the artist manager appears to be regretting giving his artist, who joined after Ebony’s passing, everything.
