I make more money from social media than movies – Kwaku Manu

Kwaku Manu, a well-known Kumawood actor who is now a presenter, revealed that social media has brought in more money for him than acting.

In an interview, the actor said that he has been able to earn a respectable sum of money since he decided to take social media full-time.

He claims that when a movie is made, more money is spent on production and other related expenses, which depletes them.

He went on to say that by the time the film is finished, a large portion of the budget has been spent, leaving them with little, which they divide amongst themselves.

Kwaku Manu continued by saying that, in contrast to social media, he prepares his work in advance, uploads it there, and then begins to collect revenue from it.

After the film industry collapsed, the well-known comedy actor decided to pursue full-time vlogging with his Aggressive Interview. He went on to become a TV host on Onua TV before taking a leave of absence to explore other endeavors.
