The Ghana Police Service issued an invitation to Kwame A Plus to participate in the ongoing inquiries concerning the death of Ahmed Suale.
The police revealed in a news release issued today, July 15, 2023, that A Plus’s invitations are a result of his recent claims that he is aware of the person or people who killed Ahmed Suale.
A Plus said a few days earlier that he knew the person responsible for the journalist’s death and threatened to hold a news conference to inform the world if he was bold enough.
Following his shocking statement, many questioned him about why, given that Ahmed Suale’s killing was four years ago and justice had not been done, he had not given the information to the police.
Some people even called for his arrest for keeping the information from the police who are still investigating the matter.
However, in a new video shared online, A Plus explained that the reason why he has not gone to the police to report the issue despite having the information.
According to him, he had provided information to the police before and shockingly 10 minutes after he left the office, the main suspect called him to ask why he reported him.
He clarified that he had shared information regarding another case involving the murder of roughly five individuals in Gomoa with the IGP and a former head of the CID when they were in a meeting.
He has now been asked by the police to divulge all alleged information regarding Ahmed’s death.
