“I haven’t given up on love, I’m being cautious now” – Efia Odo

Ghanaian actress and social media personality, Efia Odo has expressed her views on love and relationships, affirming that she has not lost hope in finding love.

Efia Odo during an interview with Accra-based 3FM stated that although she has suffered painful heartbreak in the past, she has not given up on love. However, she is being cautious now.

According to Efia Odo, just like her name depicts, she is full of love and also loves fully. She stated that she loves deeply to the point that she ends up loving the wrong men and also getting overwhelmed, hence her decision to take precautionary measures before falling in love.

“It’s not like I’ve given up on love. I’m taking my time. Like before, I used to wear my heart on my sleeve. Right now, I put it in my jeans.

“When I love, it’s too much. Like, it can be overbearing, and overwhelming for the wrong person. So I want to really take my time and scope out any guy who says they’re interested in me,” she said.

“My name is Efia Odo, I am love and I give out love and can’t give up on love so I am taking it slow,” she stated.

The actress, who is known in private life as Andrea Owusu, went on to assert that that she finds certain aspects of Ghanaian men to be peculiar, as she had initially been hopeful about discovering love and a genuine relationship upon her arrival in Ghana some years back.
