At Ghana’s presidential inauguration, Burkina Faso’s captain Ibrahim Traoré made a dramatic debut, entering the spotlight while wearing military fatigues, a beret, and a gun that was clearly strapped to his side.
Traoré’s outfit attracted notice right once, possibly indicating his dedication to national security and sovereignty. Nevertheless, it became the most talked-about guest, with some even accusing the government of bringing a coup plotter to his inauguration.
However, outspoken Ghanaian prophet Kofi Oduro has come out to attack those criticizing the Burkina Faso leader by saying Captain Traore is more principled than our so-called leader, who can’t take money to be used for a project and spend it on something else, leaving the project unattended to.
He projected a scenario where Captain Traore has put up a tomato plant n Burkina Faso, but the government of Ghana, who attained the seat through voting, is even finding it difficult to complete a dam they said they have started.
