In a recent interview with Amansan Krakye, Skyface SDW, a member of the Asakaa music group, expressed his excitement at the news that the betting tax will soon be eliminated.
Skyface claimed that the ridiculous percentage that is taken out of wins is the main reason he dislikes the betting tax.
“As a young person, I’m glad to learn that the betting tax is going to be eliminated because it hurts a lot when you wager and win big and the tax is taken out,” he said.
“However, they don’t offer you a refund if you stake your wager and lose, but if we did receive a refund, we wouldn’t mind if they took it away from us after we won.”
“In addition, the tax deduction percentage is extremely high, which is a little annoying because they will deduct $1,000 from my winnings if I win $10,000,” he said.
