“Ghana Is A Beautiful Place To Live But Citizens Dey Taya Too Much” – Shatta Wale Laments

Award-winning Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah better known as Shatta Wale has spoken out about the current hardships that the ruling administration is facing under President Nana Akufo Addo's leadership.

The award-winning artist claimed that the sudden increase in fuel costs, which has already happened twice this year, as well as the timing of other measures that have disproportionately harmed locals, have created enough ‘pressure' in town.

Taking to his Facebook, he wrote:

Me : I feel if our leaders will just check the pressure for the system, like at least dem go understand that setting up certain policies to make the country better is not our problem but the TIMING..
