Nigerian rapper and musician Naira Marley has taken to social media to explain why he began using marijuana (weed).
The musician revealed on his verified Twitter page that he smoked marijuana for the goal of getting physically fit.
Naira Marley wrote; ”I smoke to get fit”
Despite this, the Marlian president had supported for marijuana legalization. Furthermore, no one should be imprisoned for using marijuana.
Naira Marley, on the other hand, expressed his thoughts about music awards.
In an interview done during his album listening party, the well-known Nigerian recording and performing artiste spoke out against the habit of awarding performers as a way to honor and celebrate them.
Naira Marley, who is hoping to win multiple prizes for his debut fourteen-track studio album “God’s Timing Is The Best,” admitted in an interview that awards aren’t his thing.
“Insha Allah, but I don’t believe in awards. I just believe it is going to do very well”, he said. When asked about his expectation for his album, he stated that, “The album is a banger, it is party vibes, you’re going to dance, you’ve got the best of Naira Marley. I’m expecting it to go far, you know what it is”.
