Rich Paul (born December 16, 1981) is a sports agent and the founder of Klutch Sports Group in the United States. he is widely regarded as one of sports' most prominent agents.

Rich Paul Personal Life

Rich Paul grew up in the Glenville neighborhood, an area known for its poverty and crime. He began his career selling vintage jerseys after his father's death in 1999. and later joined LeBron James' inner circle and started his own agency, Klutch Sports Group.

 Paul's career was marked by controversies, including the Phoenix Suns' firing of head coach Earl Watson and the NCAA's “Rich Paul Rule” requiring agents to hold a bachelor's degree. Paul launched “Klutch Conversations” to promote financial literacy among young people.

In 2021, he was sued by Nerlens Noel for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and negligence. The two reached a settlement in January 2023.
