 Randeko Kovinić is the father of Montenegrin professional tennis player Danka Kovinić, who began her career in 2010 and made her WTA Tour debut in 2013.

 Danka  won her first major tournament match in singles at the 2013 Budapest Grand Prix and reached her first WTA Tour singles final at the Tianjin Open in October 2015.  

She made her top 50 debut in 2016 at the Auckland Open and reached the final with Barbora Strýcová. She faced several challenges in her career, including losing to Elise Mertens, Kateryna Bondarenko, and Elina Svitolina.  

Danka returned to significant events in 2020, when she was defeated by Elise Mertens, Kateryna Bondarenko, and Elina Svitolina. She achieved the WTA 500 final at the Charleston Open in 2021, as well as her first WTA 500 semifinal.

 In addition to her career, she also reached her third career final, when she was defeated by Veronika Kudermetova. Kovini made her WTA 500 debut at the MUSC Health Open in Charleston.
