Derek Hough ( born May 17, 1985), is an American professional Latin and ballroom dancer, choreographer, actor, and singer. He was a professional dancer on the ABC dance competition series Dancing with the Stars from 2007 to 2016, winning six times with his celebrity partners.

Hough received eleven nominations for the Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Choreography and later became a judge on the series. He has also appeared as an actor on stage, starring in the film Make Your Move and recurring in the ABC musical-drama Nashville.

Hough served as a judge on the NBC dance competition series World of Dance from 2017 to 2020. He has also appeared in films like Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Rock of Ages, and Hairspray Live!. Hough has also been a panelist on BBC One's DanceX and directed Mark Ballas' music video.
