During her time at GMTV, Garraway presented The Biggest Loser for ITV and was a regular panelist on Wall of Fame. In 2010, she became entertainment editor of Daybreak on ITV Breakfast and took over as the main presenter on an interim basis. In 2012, Lorraine Kelly became the permanent replacement for Christine Bleakley, and Garraway signed a new contract to present each Friday in Kelly’s absence.

In 2014, Daybreak was canceled and replaced with Good Morning Britain, but Garraway no longer continued to present Kelly’s show on Fridays. She hosted her final Daybreak and Lorraine shows before joining Good Morning Britain in April 2014. Garraway became interim main presenter on ITV Breakfast when Ben Shepherd cut his appearances to just two, hosting four times a week until Piers Morgan joined the show later that year.
