Rey Fenix, born December 30, 1990, is a Mexican luchador enmascarado (masked professional wrestler) who is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He is a former AEW International Champion and has worked for AEW's sister promotion, Ring of Honor (ROH), where he was a previous holder of the ROH World Tag Team Champions with his older brother, Penta El Zero Miedo. Fenix is also known for his work with Impact Wrestling and works on the side for various American and Mexican independent promotions, such as Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) in the U.S. and The Crash Lucha Libre in Mexico.

Fenix began his career on the Mexican independent circuit in 2005 and signed with AAA in January 2011, where he became the inaugural AAA Fusión Champion in March 2013. He later worked for Lucha Underground in late 2014, becoming the inaugural Gift of the Gods Champion in April 2015 and winning the promotion's top title, the Lucha Underground Championship. Fenix has held the Lucha Underground Trios Championship, making him the first wrestler in Lucha Underground to have won all three championships.

After leaving AAA in September 2016, Fenix changed his ring name to Rey Fenix (“King Phoenix”), Fenix el Rey (“Phoenix the King”), and finally to its current form of Rey Fenix. In AEW, he is a member of Death Triangle and is a one-time AEW World Tag Team Champion and one-time AEW World Trios Champion.

During an independent circuit show in Georgia, The Young Bucks offered the Lucha Brothers an All Elite Wrestling (AEW) contract in a confrontation that ended with a verbal agreement and a handshake. Fénix and Pentagón Jr. agreed to a non-exclusive deal with AEW due to their legal obligations to Lucha Underground.

On the March 4, 2020, episode of Dynamite, the Lucha Brothers formed a trio known as Death Triangle, which made their debut against Joey Janela and the Private Party. They later allied with Eddie Kingston, The Butcher, and The Blade. On the November 18 episode of Dynamite, Fenix, and Penta revived their Death Triangle alliance with Pac after saving him during a beatdown from Kingston, Butcher, and Blade.

In 2021, Fénix failed to win the AEW World Championship against Omega, but at All Out, they defeated the Young Bucks in a tornado-tagged steel cage match. On the October 16, 2022, episode, Fenix was chokeslammed off the apron through a table, dislocating his left elbow upon landing.

At Dynamite: Grand Slam on September 20, 2023, Fénix won his first singles title in AEW by defeating Jon Moxley to win the AEW International Championship. On October 10, 2023, he lost the title back to Orange Cassidy.
