In early 2018, Heavy-K collaborated with South African vocalist Mondli Ngcobo on the single “Sphum' elokshini.” Following this, on October 5, 2018, he released his fourth studio album, “Respect the Drumboss 2018,” reinforcing his position as a prolific artist.
