Don’t Travel Abroad For Greener Pastures If You Are Over 40 Years Old – NDA Advises Ghanaians

According to American-based Ghanaian content creator, Naana Donkor Arthur, Ghanaians over 40 should reevaluate their plans to travel overseas in pursuit of better opportunities.

NDA as she is commonly known emphasized in a recent interview the psychological and physical costs of moving abroad at a young age.

She claims that workers over 40 frequently lack the endurance needed to withstand the demanding demands of long hours in foreign countries.

“It becomes increasingly challenging to keep up with the workload abroad, especially for those who are unfamiliar with the high-pressure environment,” she explained.

Rather people in this age range were urged by Naana Donkor Arthur to concentrate on creating better opportunities for themselves in Ghana.

Instead of going through the difficulties that come with starting over overseas, she underlined the value of using their current networks resources and skills to better their lives locally.

“At 40 and above, you should be focusing on creating stability, building wealth, and leaving a legacy in your own country. Relocating to hustle in a foreign land at that age may not yield the outcomes you expect. If you travel abroad in your 20s or early 30s, you have better chance at succeeding that traveling in your 40s” she added.
