Blakk Rasta Joins Media General

Ruthy, the radio host and entertainment critic from Ghana, has begged her countrymen to refrain from purchasing Blakk Rasta's music as punishment for disrespecting Sarkodie.

's appeal comes after Balkk Rasta's relentless criticism of Sarkodie over the course of the previous week regarding his appearance on Bob Marley's “Stir It Up Song.”

Blakk Rasta claims that Bob Marley's family and management have exploited Sarkodie to sully the great spiritual king's legacy. He also claims that Bob Marley didn't include any musicians because he wanted to conserve and advance culture.

After Blakk Rasta made these unusual comments, many Ghanaian superstars, including Nana Aba Anamoah, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, Sonnie Badu, DKB, and many others, reprimanded him for being envious.

has also jumped on board, and it appears that she has a harsher opinion than anyone who has spoken up before.

Ruthy claims that what Blakk Rasta is doing to Sarkodie is purely motivated by hatred and has nothing to do with expressing one's beliefs.

In a self-produced video, she pleaded with and urged all Ghanaians to boycott all of his tracks and anything else associated with him in order to render him insignificant in the music industry.
