Reports of a military-style raid on former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta’s mansion in Cantonments have prompted Nana Aba Anamoah to criticize his tenure.
She took to X formerly Twitter to label him “the worst finance minister the country has ever had,” attributing responsibility to him for his actions while in office.
The raid happened on February 11, 2025, when Ofori-Atta was out of the country.
It was carried out by individuals wearing military uniforms, but the reasons behind the operation are still unknown.
This event has generated considerable public discussion and speculation.
In her post, Anamoah did not mince words, stating, “I render no apologies when I say that this man is receiving his comeuppance. The worst finance minister, who hid his true colours behind Bible quotes and white outfits.”
She further mocked Ofori-Atta’s frequent use of scripture, adding, “Whatever he experiences now is fine. I’m certain he will find a quote for it in the good book, as usual.”
