Volta Region’s Biggest Artiste Endorses NPP Paliamentary Candidate for Ketu South

As the country readies for the December 7 polls, it is expected that some celebrities would endorse some political parties and their candidates.

Just recently, Dancehall musician, Samini, who vehemently spoke against the practice in 2016 has now joined the bandwagon as he has released a song to project President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo who is contesting on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Information reaching Dklassgh.com has it that, one of Volta Region's Biggest Artiste is hoping Ghanaians vote for Hon. David Tiahno Quarshie, the parliamentary candidate for the Ketu South Constituency, to win the Paliamentary Elections.

Per our sources, the artiste did not only endorse Hon. David Tiahno alone but also went on to endorse the candidature of the President, Akufo-Addo.

He endorsed the election of the NPP Paliamentary Candidate for Ketu South and the President in his new Song which is set to be release on Friday 20th November, 2020.

It is believed that, Hon. David Tiahno Quarshie is fast rising in high recognition due to his tremendous achievements within the constituency, giving the NDC's PC, Dzifa Gomashie, a chase for her money.

BIOGRAPHY OF HON DAVID TIAHNO QUARSHIE.

PERSONAL LIFE

Mr. David Tiahno Quarshie, born 16th July, 1967, is a young determined man whose life account is worth learning from on the account of Commitment, Truthfulness, Actions, Loyalty and Development.

David Tiahno Quarshie hails from Agbozume and Klikor in the Ketu South Constituency of the Volta Region but resides at Aflao, precisely Awakorme. Tiahno's personal office and company are located at Viepe and Aflao respectively.

Mr. David Tiahno Quarshie is the Managing Director of Dedav Company Limited and as well the CEO of the popular susu service in the Ketu South Constituency, Ganyo Susu Services. Mr. Tiahno also doubles as one of the Directors of Albazagu Company Limited. He loves to play volleyball, soccer and enjoys mentoring the young both financially and mentally to achieve in life.

He is married to Mrs. Edem Tiahno Quarshie, a very hardworking woman. Mr. David Tiahno Quarshie believes in principles that life of others must be made easy by ensuring they get access to their basic needs. He believes that communities and the people who make it up must prosper devoid of whatever the conditions may be hence his agenda pinned at the popular hashtag: #KetuSouthShallProsper

He is a father of two, Princess and Prince, and a son of the renowned King and Philantropist, Torgbui Geli II of Srohume – Agbozume/Klikor, owner of Kplormdedie Hotel – Aflao, and Amivi Kplormdedie.

POLITICS

On the account of the aforementioned principles and characteristics, David Tiahno Quarshie contested the Parliamentary Candidate race of the Ketu South Constituency – New Patriotic Party and won it massively to represent his party in the upcoming December 7th, 2020 General Elections as the Member of Parliament for his constituents.

The achievements of Hon. David Tiahno Quarshie in his party on which account he had won the Parliamentary Primaries is unmatched and overwhelming within the Constituency.

Projects: Party and Constituency;

The following are just a few among his many achievements within the Party and the Constituency as a whole making his Member of Parliament Candidature the best and the very solid choice of the voting masses, the man ready to bring that difference if given the mantle;

– Mr. Tiahno purchased a Toyota Tundra Pick Up purposely Branded in the name and colors of the Party for all such Party activities ahead of the 2016 General elections.

– He helped print over 2500 NPP Party Branded Lacoste Shirts for members prior to the 2016 General elections.

– He extended his works to some school pupil within the Constituency by providing them with school Uniforms that eased the financial burden off their parents.

– Mr. Tiahno again initiated the supply of maize seedlings to some selected farmers to help impact and solidify agricultural growth within the Constituency.

– Mr. Tiahno within the Sporting arena as major discipline in the Constituency also helped organized football galas for the Youths where he provided the some well performing selected teams with Jerseys to beef up their morals and dreams.

– He also helped organized a vocational training in Liquid Soap and Bead production in Aflao and Agbozume, a project that impacted several of people within the Constituency.

– As part of steps towards increasing the party's visibility and branding in the Ketu South Constituency, Mr. Tiahno again helped to purchase over 3000 NPP Party Branded pieces of bags for women groups within the constituency.

– Again, Tiahno worked hard with other party executives to help remove Ghost names from the Ketu South Voters Register, an issue that befell the nation at the time.

– Mr. Tiahno helped fund two major Party Rallies and the inauguration of the  well planned V16 initiative at his Palace at Awakorme on the 3rd of July, 2016, which he is the Coordinator for in the Ketu South Constituency and

– The first major Rally which was the V16 Regional Rally which took place at the Avoeme School Park and was attended by the then Regional Chairman – Hon. Peter Amewu who's now the Minister For Energy, the V16 Regional Coordinator – Venance Dey, the then acting National Chairman – Hon. Freddie Blay and Hon. Kofi Dzamesi, the current Minister for Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs and Hon. Seshie.

– He also supported the Party's Volta Regional Rally with Chairs and Canopies, which also took place a week after the V16 Rally at the  Avoeme School Park, a heavily attended Rally which saw the Presence of the then Presidential candidate and the Vice, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa  Akufo-Addo and H.E. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

– And the second major Rally he helped fund was the one which took place at Amedzikope on Monday 5th Of December, 2016, prior to the National elections.

– The inauguration of the V16 KETU South Constituency took place at Mr. David Tiahno's Palace at Aflao – Awakorme on the 3rd of July 2016.

– Haven't achieved the above, Mr. David Tiahno again helped in ensuring that, the Parties votes across the Consistency is being well protected and the very hard working party faithfuls also get appreciated for their impacts in helping the Party regain power in the 2016 elections.

– As an element who ensures that the party is heard at every single corner of the Constituency, he always help the communications team in the performance of their functions, especially by representing the Party anytime anywhere, be it Radio or Functions.

– Mr. Tiahno had been one of the most visible personalities at all functions across the constituency and as such well known by all.
