Before Ted was put to death in 1986, Carol and Tedd split up.

Carol Anne Boone, the mother of Rose Bundy, passed away in a nursing home in Washington State in 2018, and Tedd Bundy, his notorious husband, was put to death on January 24, 1989. Bundy admitted to committing at least 30 murders, though some believe the total may be higher.
