Thomas DeVito is an American football quarterback for the New York Giants. Born in 1998, DeVito attended Don Bosco Preparatory High School in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. He was named first-team All-State and second-team All-Metro after passing for 1,800 yards and 18 touchdowns in his junior season. DeVito committed to Syracuse after a junior year, where he played college football. 

He played as a backup to starting quarterback Eric Dungey in the 2018 season, completing 44 of 87 passes for 525 yards and four touchdowns. He led Syracuse to a 40-37 win in double overtime in 2019. In the 2019 season, he passed for 2,360 yards and 19 touchdowns and rushed for 122 yards and two touchdowns.

DeVito played for Syracuse in 2020, completing 48-of-96 pass attempts and passing for 593 yards and four touchdowns. He suffered a season-ending leg injury and was replaced by Garrett Shrader. In 2022, he transferred to Illinois and was named starting quarterback. DeVito sought an NCAA waiver for another season.
