Born on April 21, 1985, Rachel Lindsay is a well-known American lawyer and television personality. Her undergraduate degrees in kinesiology and sports management from The University of Texas at Austin were obtained by the Dallas native. Later, on November 4, 2011, she received her Juris Doctor from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and was admitted to the Texas Bar.

Rachel began her career as a legislative intern for Texas State Senator Royce West and interned with the Milwaukee Bucks before joining the law firm Cooper & Scully, P.C. She expanded her media career by hosting ESPN’s First Take in July 2018 and hosting the ESPN radio show Football Frenzy alongside former Dallas Cowboys Linebacker Bobby Carpenter.

In May 2020, she co-launched the Higher Learning podcast with Van Lathan on The Ringer platform, alongside being a co-host of the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast. Her significant role as a correspondent for Extra from 2020 to 2023 showcased her versatility in the media industry.

In addition to her legal and media endeavors, Rachel has ventured into the world of football as a partial owner of the FCF Shoulda Been Stars Indoor Football Team. In television, she gained recognition as a contestant on the twenty-first season of The Bachelor, where she received the first impression rose and placed third overall.
