, born on 22 June 1957, is an English former darts referee and ambassador for the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). He is known as “The Voice” due to his unique style of calling and shouty voice. Bray began his darts career in 1996 when a regular caller failed to show for a county match.

He made his debut at the World Matchplay in Blackpool and has called seven more nine-darters live on TV since then. Bray was a county player for Hertfordshire and later played on the pro circuit, winning Norway and Finland pairs with Eric Bristow. He also set a Guinness World Record by hitting the bullseye on a standard dartboard from 10 feet on Blackpool's North Pier.

In November 2023, Bray announced his retirement at the end of the 2024 PDC World Darts Championship but continued to work with the PDC as an ambassador. His last televised ranking match was the 2024 world final, where Luke Humphries won his first world title.
