The Afrobeats group who are known for their
breakthrough hit “Boko Boko”, on hearing Andy release the track titled “Papabi” on his show prior to the official release date took to Twitter to express their disenchantment in the DJ.
The chagrined group took to the 140-character platform today (October 6) saying “Boss why this time? We didn’t plan releasing the song today ? This is unfair. We are not happy.”
And Andy, who seems to have no idea about the “Papabi” release arrangements replied their tweet saying “Why didn’t u arrange with me so i wld know when to release it on air?” but still had reply from Gallaxy.
The group in their rebuttal quoted Andy’s tweet “You had an initial convo with Management concerning the release date ..It’s like a breach of verbal agreement.
”
