In this video, Afia disclosed that after securing her driver’s license in her present location, she recognized an opportunity to generate additional income through ridesharing.
She articulated that instead of incurring substantial expenses to maintain a vehicle with no financial return, she opted to transform the circumstance into a lucrative enterprise.
According to Afia, her choice illustrates her entrepreneurial spirit. However, she did not shy away from confronting her detractors, whom she perceives as trapped in a “poor people mentality.”
She stated, “I’m a business-minded woman. I don’t just spend money; I find ways to make more money.
Driving for Uber and Lyft isn’t a downgrade—it’s a smart way to keep earning.”
“You mock me because you think driving Uber is beneath you. That’s why you remain where you are. I will not apologise for making money in a legitimate way,” she fired back.
