Following a fortuitous encounter that left her impressed—and $800 richer—controversial televangelist Mama Pat, also known as Agradaa, has openly declared her appreciation for Sammy Gyamfi, the National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Agradaa apologized to Sammy Gyamfi for her previous critiques of the NDC and its flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, especially before the 2024 elections, during an impromptu meeting, she disclosed in a now-viral video.

Agradaa went on to share that after the warm reception, she asked him for money for fuel.
“…And when he was leaving, I asked him for money. He went into his car and gave me dollars. I asked him for fuel, and he gave me $800,” she stated.
“I need more! Sammy Gyamfi has won my heart with that gesture,” she added.
