Ghanaians have been warned by Black Stars head coach Otto Addo not to get ahead of themselves in thinking they have guaranteed a berth in the 2026 World Cup.
Addo feels that since they are just halfway through the qualifying stage, it is too soon to celebrate even if they dominated Chad 5-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium and won their group.
Speaking before Ghana’s match against Madagascar, who are in second position, in Morocco later tonight, he insists they should win every game.
“It is not time for anyone to start thinking about the World Cup. We must go gradually. It is crucial to maintain our attention until we complete the task.
