Sarkodie learnt a lot from my style and that gave him BET – Kwadee
Okomfo Kwadee, a musician, thinks Sarkodie gained a lot of knowledge from his musical approach.
He thinks that the rapper’s ability to win a BET award was made possible by his choice to adopt his style.
Speaking in an interview was Kwadee, who has been absent from the music scene for a while owing to health issues.
“I can say that Sarkodie learnt my style and that is what helped him win BET,” he said.
He continued “I’ve a song with Sarkodie but people will say Sarkodie helped Kwadee but in Kwadee’s mentality, Sarkodie is eating because he learnt from me.
People on social media are negative and they pitch artistes against each other. So if next time I have a big song because they say Sarkodie is helping me, that will prevent me from contacting him which should not be the case,” he said.
