Ghanaian musician Oseikrom Sikanii has once again made headlines after boldly declaring himself one of the richest musicians in Ghana.
Speaking in a recent interview, the Kumasi-based rapper spoke about his lavish lifestyle, claiming that many of the items he owns are extremely expensive.
Pointing to the watch he was wearing during the interview, Oseikrom Sikanii said the luxury timepiece, which he identified as a Cartier watch, is worth so much that it could fund the travel and expenses of three bloggers abroad.
“See this thing, mate. Look at it very well, it’s called Cartier. It can sponsor three bloggers abroad. When you hear the price, you will understand it,” he said.
Although he did not reveal the exact value of the watch, the musician insisted that his possessions reflect his financial success.
Oseikrom Sikanii also brushed aside criticism from detractors, suggesting that many people cannot keep up with the lifestyle he enjoys.
“They should keep talking. The lifestyle will cost them,” he added.
The rapper is well known for frequently showcasing his wealth and luxury possessions, often sparking discussions among fans and critics on social media.
While some interpreted his comments as a confident expression of success, others questioned whether the statement was a subtle response to bloggers who have previously criticised him.
