“Drugs Didn’t Help Me, Say No To It” – Funny Face Tells Ghanaian Youth

Youth in Ghana have received a sincere warning from comedian Funny Face to abstain from drug use.

The comedian, known as the “Children’s President,” opened up about his battles with substance misuse and how it negatively affected his life in an interview with Metro TV.

Funny Face described how using drugs at difficult times didn’t help him; on the contrary, it made his issues worse.

He emphasized that using drugs to deal with life’s challenges is not an option, saying,

“Say no to drugs because I used them to cope with difficulties, but they didn’t help.” When you’re struggling and you use drugs, it gets worse,” he remarked.

In his advice to other entertainers, the comedian urged them to abstain from drugs and to get support when they were having personal difficulties.

As a warning, he shared his personal experience and emphasized the value of emotional support and honest communication.

“I’ll tell the majority of these creatives to avoid drugs and not to keep their emotions within. When you’re experiencing difficulties, speak with someone. I had that experience. I avoided social interaction. I’m proof that it almost destroyed me with a shattered heart.”
