Ghanaian YouTuber Scanty was in the news over the weekend for his interview with Derrick Abaitey on the Konnected Mind Podcast.
In the interview, Scanty revealed how he was named and met Kwadwo, but what is making more news is the YouTuber talking about getting the fame and not being able to do some basic things he used to do.
According to Scanty, social media changed his life, but the fame is disturbing him; sometimes he moves out, and the fans he gets make him do what he didn’t even plan to do.
Citing a scenario, Scanty revealed there was one time he wanted to go and get some waakye and egg before he didn’t have enough money, but the people he met at the food joint gave him more funds, making him buy fish and meat he had never planned to buy.
