Justice Hymns, also known as Mmebusem or Ghana Jesus, the well-known comedy actor from Ghana who is getting married to his lovely fiancée.
The actor, who rose to fame in the mid-2010s for his humorous depiction of Jesus in a number of comic skits, became involved in controversy in 2019 after his marriage to his first wife, a special needs girl named Abena Boatemaa, made news.
To the surprise of many Ghanaians, Mmebusem and Abena Boatemaa’s marriage was announced when their wedding pictures appeared on social media. The couple was said to have welcomed twins a year into their marriage.
Though he worked with artists like Joey B on his well-known sketches, the comedic actor denied being married to Abena Boatemaa in a 2019 interview.
In spite of her health issues, he clarified that his alleged marriage to Abena Boatemaa was a ruse to win people over to his style.
Based overseas, Abena Boatemaa’s mother rejected Mmebusem’s assertions.
The actor’s real wife was her daughter, she said, and she paid for the whole wedding.
Kumawood comedy actor Dr. Likee, better known as Akabenezer, who is close to Mmebusem (Ghana Jesus), announced his colleague’s impending marriage on his official Instagram page.
The humorous actor posted a pre-wedding picture of Mmebusem and his stunning fiancée, Millicent, on the wedding invitation card.
