“Gospel Singers Charge The Church, Pretending To Be Ministers Of God” – Pastor Chris

Some of the most well-known gospel artists from his church departed because they were becoming more focused on making money than gaining souls, according to Christian “Pastor Chris” Oyakhilome, the founder of Christ Embassy.

Pastor Chris disclosed in a recent church event that he had to fire them because they were failing to carry out the mission that God had assigned to Christians.

Although he did not identify them, Pastor Chris alluded to well-known gospel performers like Sinach, Joe Praize, Frank Edwards, and Eben, saying that they put material success before of faith.

He said:

Everything changed—the music in the church became worldly, and instead of worshipping God, they danced and celebrated themselves. They were professionals making money from the church, charging for their singing while pretending to minister to God.
