It has been revealed that rapper Joey B correctly anticipated the ascent of Afrobeat sensation Gyakie back in 2019 when she was a relative unknown in the business.

In a tweet released on December 6, 2019, the rapper, whose true name is Paa Kwesi Bannerman-Martin, joyously stated that Gyakie will take over the industry.

Gyakie’s ‘prophecy,’ which she made while still a student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has apparently come true, as she is currently the most-streamed Ghanaian female musician.
