“I Pay My Tithes On The Streets More Than In Church” – Nana Ama McBrown
During her appearance as a guest on Friday, January 24, 2025, which was hosted by Ernest Kwesi Ennin and co-hosted by blogger Kobby Kyei, well-known Ghanaian actress and TV personality Nana Ama McBrown revealed how she spends more time outside of church than in it.
She disclosed that this gesture is a part of her return to Ghanaians for their unfailing love and support during her career in the media and film sectors.
The actress and brand ambassador gave an explanation of her humanitarian endeavors, saying, “I need to give back to show my appreciation to Ghanaians for the love and support they’ve shown me over the years.” McBrown added that she donates a percentage of her profits to her philanthropic endeavors whenever she receives payment for the endorsement deals she negotiates with companies.
It’s interesting to note that she frequently does her charitable deeds in silence.
She stated that she likes to carry out the majority of her charitable endeavors out of sight of the public.
“I pay my tithes more on the street than in church,” she added. She acknowledged, though, that her birthday gifts are often made public since the companies she represents sponsor them, and it’s crucial to let them know that their money has been used as planned.
