I was relying on painkillers just to finish my shows – Nana Ama McBrown opens up about arm pain

Nana Ama McBrown has revealed that she had to take strong painkillers just to complete her television shows but even that wasn’t enough to keep her going.
The ‘That Day’ actress and host said the pain from her arm injury had gotten so unbearable that she had no choice but to undergo another surgery.
“I had to resort to taking painkillers before I could finish my shows, and that was getting worrying,” she explained a live video shared with fans on social media.
The actress was involved in a near-fatal car accident over a decade ago on the N1 Highway, which left her with a severely injured right arm.
Though she underwent surgery abroad to correct the damage, she has continued to suffer complications over the years.
According to McBrown, the pain recently became unbearable, forcing her to undergo a second surgery to address the lingering discomfort.
She assured fans that she’s currently recovering and will return to TV stronger and better.
