“If You Are in Ghana And Haven’t Heard ‘E Choke’, Then…..” – Sefa Says
People who haven’t heard Sefa’s song “Echoke” are presumably living under a rock, according to her.
As per her, the song, which has been nominated for the 2022 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) for “Collaboration of the Year,” is well-known among music fans, and she will be astonished if anyone claims not to have heard it.
She feels that the track’s popularity alone puts her in a stronger position to win the prize in that category.
If for nothing, Mr. Drew and I deserve the best collaboration of the year, we genuinely really deserve it,” Sefa said in an interview with Joy Entertainment’s Ibrahim Ben-Bako on Saturday following her performance at the VGMA nominations announcement.
Of course, if you look at the songs in the category, I’m not saying the candidates haven’t worked; they have,” she said.
“But if you live in this country and you haven’t heard of “Echoke,” you’re definitely living under a rock,” she said.
She thanked God for elevating her.I’m looking at a lot of nominations, but we’ve only gotten a couple so far, and I’m grateful to God for that.
