It’s An Insult Not To Get Your Girlfriend A Present On Valentine’s Day – Big Akwes

In a Max TV interview, Kumawood actor Big Akwes sparked controversy with his outspoken comments about the value of money in relationships, saying that it is a “disgrace” for a man to forget to get his spouse a Valentine’s Day present.
Big Akwes responded to a male viewer’s query on what to do if he couldn’t afford to buy his fiancée a Valentine’s Day present.
“You must make a down payment and get a lovely gift for your lady. Why is she still with you if you are unable to buy her a Valentine’s Day gift? Get your lover a present by selling your phone.
He continued by saying that she needed to leave the relationship. You should feel ashamed that you can’t even buy your lady a chocolate bar. It’s a huge insult.
Big Akwes emphasized the value of financial security in partnerships, saying that a strong connection cannot be maintained just by emotional and physical closeness.
He maintained that sex alone is insufficient in relationships and that money is essential.
“If your boyfriend can’t buy anything for you, leave the relationship. But if he does, you should also be able to get something for him—a watch or something will be okay,” he concluded.
