“Music Was Never My Career; That’s Why I’m Selling Waakye” – Reggie Rockstone

Despite his legendary standing in the business, Reggie Rockstone has said that music was never meant to be a career.

The “Hiplife Grandpapa” stated in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM that his approach to music has always been motivated by passion rather than career.

“I enjoy creating songs. I am selling waakye since I never pursued a music career. “My gift is music, which I was born with,” he declared.

Ghanaian hiplife pioneer Reggie Rockstone clarified that although he still produces music, his priorities have changed to other endeavors, like mixed martial arts (MMA).

“I will always release songs since I was fortunate to be blessed. However, I’m also involved in other activities, such as mixed martial arts, or MMA,” he revealed.

Speaking further about his martial arts training, Reggie Rockstone revealed that he has always been passionate about taking on new challenges.

“I am a two-time junior taekwondo champion from Ghana. I enjoy trying new things all the time. “I’m going to take on goons instead of celebrities,” he continued.
