“Stonebwoy Showed Interest, Shatta Wale Didn’t” – Charterhouse On Why Stonebwoy Was Nominated Over Shatta Wale

The organizers of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards are out to clear the air on why Stonbwoy was nominated for this year’s award while Shatta Wale wasn’t, even though they were all blacklisted for their indiscipline behavior some years back.

In an interview, this morning on Hitz FM, Rober Klah, Charterhouse PRO, explained why Stonebwoy got nominated but Shatta Wale wasn’t. According to him, the scheme is such in a way that you have to show interest before you can get nominated, and in the case of Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy showed interest but the SM boss didn’t.

When asked how Stonebwoy showed interest, the Charterhouse PRO said he didn’t want to elaborate further. But he revealed that even if the song is big, they still need to get permission from the ariste before they will be nominated.
