Ghanaian rapper Joey B has revealed that a recent incident involving fellow musician and entrepreneur D-Black affected how he views him.
Speaking during an interview on 3Music TV, Joey B admitted that while he still respects and cares about D-Black, an issue between them caused him to lose some respect for the artist.
“D-Black did something recently that made me lose some respect for him,” Joey B said.
When asked to explain what had happened, the rapper declined to provide specific details but confirmed that the matter was connected to music.
“It’s music-related,” he stated.
Despite expressing disappointment, Joey B emphasized that he has chosen not to hold onto bitterness and has moved on from the situation.
“I still love him. I’ve understood what forgiveness is,” he said.
The rapper also suggested that D-Black is fully aware of the issue that caused the tension between them.
“If you hurt somebody, you should know,” Joey B added.
