Ghanaian actress Ahuofe Patricia, born Priscilla Opoku Agyemang, has shared her thoughts on the importance of women in society, saying men cannot live happily without women.
The actress made the statement during an interview with her colleague Nikki Samonas on Joy Prime, monitored by D.Klass GH.
When asked whether she believes women could take over the world within the next decade, Ahuofe Patricia said the change is already happening.
According to her, women in contemporary Ghanaian society can live and thrive without men, while she believes men would struggle to do the same without women.
“Women run the world. Nothing would exist without women. Men can’t live alone, but we can survive on our own. I think we are still realizing it,” she said.
She further stressed that women play an essential role in society and can perform whatever men can do.
The actress concluded with a comparison, stating that “a man without a woman is like Africa without Madagascar,” describing such a situation as incomplete.
She added, “Hopefully, we will be able to step into our power, own it, and realize that we can even do what men can do better”.
