I sponsored Regina’s brother through school, yet he turned against me – Ned Nwoko

Senator Prince Ned Nwoko has responded to the ongoing controversy surrounding his marriage to actress Regina Daniels, providing clarity on the tensions involving her family members.
In a statement shared on social media and sighted by Dklassgh.com, Nwoko accused Regina’s brother, Sammy Daniels, of repeatedly visiting his residence and harassing his children and domestic workers, especially when he was away.
“These videos clearly show Sammy, Regina’s brother, coming to my home to harass my children and staff whenever I was not around,” Nwoko stated. “His visits were often aggressive and disruptive.”
The senator disclosed that he had supported Sammy in the past, both financially and academically. “I sponsored him through his last two years at the University of Ekpoma,” he said. “I also bought his musical instruments, rented and furnished an apartment for him in Abuja, and purchased a house in Asaba for Regina before our marriage.”
Nwoko further alleged that he had extended consistent financial assistance to Regina’s mother, Rita Daniels. “I have proof of transferring ₦125 million to her in the past two years,” he added.
He concluded by addressing Regina Daniels’ reported rehabilitation, explaining that medical experts advised limiting her contact with specific individuals for her well-being.
“When Regina started her rehabilitation, there was a clear instruction by the doctors to strictly restrict people, especially her enablers, from having access to her,” he stated.
Nwoko added that the decision followed “troubling changes” he had observed in her behavior, allegedly linked to substance dependence. “She could go for 48 hours without sleeping and eating every two hours,” he alleged.
