A once vibrant Ghanaian woman, who used to compete in school athletic events, has reportedly been rendered paralysed due to an unforeseen illness.
This young lady, known on TikTok as Queen Afia, is an alumnus of the Asankragwa Senior High Technical School situated in the Eastern Region.
She had a bright future ahead in athletics, as she was recognized as the second-best runner during her Senior High School (SHS) tenure.
However, her life took a tragic turn when she encountered a peculiar illness that left her incapacitated. In a video shared on her TikTok page, which was viewed by DKlassGh.net, Queen Afia was initially seen in a wheelchair before transitioning to the use of crutches.
Although she faced this significant challenge, Queen Afia appeared resolute in her determination to surmount her disability and reconstruct her life.
Many Ghanaians who stumbled upon the video on social media flocked to the comment section to express their sympathies and offer encouragement.
